Experienced Project Manager required for a growing main contractor specialising in permitted development and office-to-residential conversion schemes. The successful candidate will initially oversee a c.50-unit conversion project in Sussex and must have previous experience delivering similar PD/conversion projects from pre-construction through to handover.
