Our client is an emerging Developer specialising in a niche market within construction. Due to expansion, they require a part-time Office Manager to join this friendly outgoing team.

About the Role

Part-Time Office Manager to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, has a friendly manner, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests and ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
  • Preparing meeting rooms in advance, including arranging materials and refreshments
  • Managing filing systems (both paper and digital)
  • Handling post duties including franking, sorting, and posting outgoing mail
  • General administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry including making and serving tea/coffee for meetings as required
  • Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when needed
  • Assisting with any ad-hoc office tasks as required
