This role would suit someone looking to step up from Assistant Site Manager level or in the early stages of their career as a Site Manager.
The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard. Duties will include:
- Managing site operations as the lead Site Manager
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Driving programme and ensuring deadlines are met
- Ensuring exceptional quality finishes in line with luxury residential standards
- Acting as a client-facing Site Manager, maintaining strong relationships on site
- Experience working within residential construction (essential)
