Our client is a growing, independent specialist main contractor with an established reputation across London & the South East for delivering complex façade, fire safety, remedial and full construction projects. With over 15 years of successful delivery, they are known for quality workmanship, clear communication, and managing projects from planning through to handover.
They are now seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex façade, recladding and fire-safety projects across London & the South East. This is a key leadership role for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in external envelopes, remediation schemes, and high-risk residential/commercial buildings.
You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to delivery, managing programme, subcontractors, client communication, compliance and overall project performance. The successful candidate will have experience delivering façade and remediation projects within live environments, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards.
Experience managing Gateway 2 submissions, BSR approvals, and supporting Golden Thread compliance under the Building Safety Act 2022 would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of Approved Document B, PAS 9980, and Regulation 7(2) would also be beneficial, alongside strong commercial awareness, contractor management and programme delivery experience.
