With a strong focus on design, craftsmanship and attention to detail, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of projects from planning through to completion.
The Role
- Oversee the successful delivery of luxury residential projects, managing programmes, budgets, quality, procurement, subcontractors and project teams.
- Work closely with architects, designers, consultants and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and to the highest possible standard.
- Develop and manage detailed project programmes.
- Coordinate architects, designers, consultants and subcontractors.
- Support budget development and protect the business commercially.
- Monitor costs, progress and project expenditure.
- Manage procurement, materials and subcontractor performance.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate the wider project team.
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety requirements and project specifications.
- Identify and manage project risks, delays and technical issues.
- Manage variations, change control and corrective actions.
- Coordinate final inspections, snagging and handover.
- Ensure O&M information and project documentation are completed.
About You
- At least eight years’ experience in construction project management.
- A strong background in luxury or high-end residential construction.
- Experience managing projects from planning through to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and quality standards.
- Excellent programme, budget and subcontractor management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and client management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around luxury finishes.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive, commercially aware and solution-focused approach.
- A relevant construction, architectural or engineering qualification would be advantageous. CSCS, First Aid, IOSH or other relevant safety qualifications would also be beneficial.
