Carlucci Restaurant is preparing for a busy spring and summer season, and we are looking for one reliable, experienced cook who can support the kitchen across all areas. This role suits someone who can integrate quickly, work cleanly, and handle a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience (Italian Kitchen)

  • Pasta dishes (carbonara, arrabbiata, alfredo, seafood pasta, etc.)
  • Pizza preparation (dough stretching, topping, cooking, timing)
  • Starters / Antipasti
  • Mains (chicken, fish, grill, sauces)
  • Prep work (chopping, portioning, organisation)
  • Pass service for both restaurant and delivery orders

However, if you do not have Italian-specific experience but you are:

  • fast
  • organised
  • reliable
  • experienced in a busy kitchen
  • eager to learn

then the right candidate will be considered for training. We value attitude, speed, and consistency just as much as background.
