We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Duty Manager to join the team at The Adria, a 22-bedroom luxury boutique hotel in South Kensington.

This role sits between our Front of House Associates (Butlers) and the Assistant Front of House Manager.

You will take responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel during your shift, lead the team on duty and ensure every guest receives warm, personalised and professional service.

As a small luxury hotel, our operation is highly personal and multi-faceted.

This is not a role where the Duty Manager remains behind the front desk.

You will be expected to lead by example and work alongside the team across all areas of the operation, including reception, guest services, breakfast, afternoon tea, room service, small meetings and events.

The role involves a mixture of morning and evening shifts, as well as occasional night-shift cover.
