We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join a growing product team working on innovative software solutions used by customers around the world. The Role
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for designing seamless user journeys and creating modern, intuitive interfaces that improve the overall customer experience. You'll be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from user research and wireframing through to high-fidelity designs and usability testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centred interfaces for web-based applications.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to bring designs to life.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI standards.

About You
You'll have commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer or similar role, with a passion for creating intuitive, user-focused digital experiences. You'll ideally have:
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects.
- Experience with Figma (or similar design tools such as Adobe XD or Sketch).
- Knowledge of user research, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Desirable Skills
- Experience designing SaaS or enterprise software.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
