Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and define requirements to deliver clear business outcomes
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and support UAT
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties
- Lead workshops, planning sessions and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration
- Maintain momentum through Agile delivery and evolve processes where needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in fast‑paced environments
- Strong Agile delivery knowledge and hands‑on experience with tools such as JIRA
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and challenge constructively
- Experience working on digital products or within financial services is highly desirable
