Microsoft Power Platform Developer Â
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a forward-thinking, employee-owned organisation known for delivering innovative, award-winning projects across the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building creative digital solutions and wants to contribute to process improvement through technology. You’ll work alongside a senior developer to design, develop, and enhance business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI -helping to streamline operations and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customise applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Automate and optimise workflows with Power Automate.
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications.
- Assist the IT team with general user support and system maintenance when required.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform capabilities and best practices.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Dataverse and data modelling principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with SQL and data management.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or C# for custom integrations.
