Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and vision for IP and certified cameras
- Drive innovation, with a focus on video analytics and AI integration
- Navigate certification and compliance across global markets
- Collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams
- Lead customer research and analyse performance data to guide product enhancements
- Be the internal and external expert on your product line
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in product management for IP cameras and certified/hazardous area surveillance products
- Deep technical knowledge of IP camera tech, thermal imaging, networking, and software development processes
- Strong understanding of certification standards (ATEX, IECEx, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
