Based in a historic building in the sought-after village of Poynton, Adria Solutions is a recognised industry leader in technology recruitment with a well-established client base spanning finance, technology, digital agencies, and e-commerce to name a few.
We now have an opening for a number of IT / Digital Recruitment Consultants to join and further develop the company and expand its portfolio. This role would suit a confident person with excellent communication skills. You will be eager to learn and have meticulous attention to detail. You will have a good business acumen, the ability to build long-lasting relationships, be target driven, and most of all – hungry for success.
The role of Recruitment Consultant will involve working on existing accounts; calling and assessing candidate suitability for the roles. Once you have a good understanding of the technologies and have completed your training, you will be responsible for building your own client base and developing your own portfolio of clients. There really are no limits to your success as an IT Recruitment Consultant, as you will be closely mentored and constantly encouraged to reach your goals in a supportive and fast-moving environment.
