We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Change and Quality Assurance Analyst to help shape the future of our technology services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and document change requests for technology systems and applications

  • Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts
  • Track and report testing progress, documenting outcomes and managing issue resolution
  • Keep comprehensive records of change management and QA activities
