We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our global IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to support, maintain and enhance our core business systems, including our ERP platform, Business Intelligence solutions and EDI applications. Working closely with colleagues across the business and third-party providers, you'll help improve business processes, develop reporting solutions and ensure our systems continue to meet the needs of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP, Business Intelligence and EDI systems.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating to third-party providers where required.
- Gather business requirements and support the implementation of new system functionality.
- Develop and enhance reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Use SQL (SSMS) to analyse, extract and manage business data.
- Deliver user training and produce system documentation.
- Support data governance and help improve data quality across the business.
- Analyse business processes and recommend system-based improvements.

We're looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills who enjoys working with both systems and people.
