We’re looking for a business-focused, delivery-savvy professional to join our team and help drive project execution across our small but agile technology teams. You won’t need deep technical expertise — what we need is someone who thrives at removing blockers, aligning priorities, and keeping delivery smooth and on track.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the glue between the business and our developers — translating needs into clear, actionable work.
- Managing and refining Jira boards, epics, and user stories to ensure the devs always have what they need to deliver.
- Identifying blockers early and working across teams to clear them.
- Supporting delivery planning and helping prioritise upcoming workstreams.
- Keeping stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a delivery, product coordination, or junior product owner-type role.
- Strong understanding of tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project/delivery management platforms.
- A naturally collaborative style — someone who thrives in cross-functional teams.
- Organised, pragmatic, and delivery-driven — you know how to keep things moving without creating extra process.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different functions.
