Our client is an established digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, PPC, web development, and AI-driven marketing strategies for SMEs and owner-managed businesses. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join their team. This position will be 5 days onsite.

The Role

  • You will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results and strong ROI.
  • This role requires someone proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong client relationships and understand business goals.
