My client is looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 & Azure Engineer to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with outstanding customer service.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support both internal Microsoft 365 infrastructure and external clients, acting as a technical escalation point while helping to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new customers.

The Role
As the Microsoft 365 & Azure Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting Microsoft cloud environments while providing technical expertise to both internal teams and external clients.
Key responsibilities include
- Supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Entra ID, Share Point Online, Exchange Online and core Azure services.
- Monitoring system health, investigating technical issues and implementing configuration changes.
- Managing identity, access management and security best practices across Microsoft 365 environments.
- Using Power Shell to automate administration, deployments and routine maintenance tasks.
- Acting as the technical point of contact for client Microsoft 365 and Azure queries.
- Supporting the onboarding of new customers, configuring Microsoft 365 tenants and resolving technical issues.
- Acting as the technical escalation point for both the Support and Onboarding teams.
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base articles and client configuration records.
- Advising customers on Microsoft 365 best practice and helping them maximise the value of their cloud environment.
