Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune experience
- Proven ability to deliver IT projects end-to-end
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience with VoIP/telephony systems (desirable)
- Endpoint management experience (Windows, device lifecycle)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain end‑user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices)
- Own site IT delivery, including office setups, moves, and changes
- Lead or support IT infrastructure projects, including phone system migrations (VoIP, Teams, etc.), Microsoft 365 implementations and enhancements, and backup solutions (e.g. Microsoft 365 backup onboarding)
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)
- Support and improve device provisioning (e.g. Autopilot, imaging)
- Work with vendors and third parties on implementations
- Ensure security best practices across endpoints and systems
- Maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, and changes
