Technical Design Engineer – CCTV / Access Control Our client, a leading Independent Security Systems Integrator, is seeking a Technical Design Engineer (TDE) to join their Design Team. You’ll create cost-effective, tailored designs and solutions, ensuring smooth transitions from design to project delivery while incorporating the latest technologies to add customer value. Key Responsibilities: Develop customer-focused, commercially compelling designs. Create written proposals showcasing value propositions. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather design requirements. Collaborate with teams to select preferred technologies. Provide technical input for tender submissions and prepare specifications. Address cyber security vulnerabilities in designs. Qualifications and Skills: Expertise in electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection, etc.). Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless).
