About the Role Reporting directly to the CTO and Directors, you will lead two engineering squads, ensuring technical excellence while collaborating with senior management and key stakeholders. This role offers a 30/70 split between hands-on coding and broader leadership responsibilities, including architecture, compliance, and security oversight.
