An established and highly successful business in the South of England is embarking on a major CRM transformation programme and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead it. This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role where you will take full ownership of a business-critical programme.
You will own the CRM programme from end to end - shaping the plan, driving delivery, and ensuring the business gets real value from the system. You’ll be the key link between business stakeholders, the internal development team, and the CRM vendor, making sure everyone is aligned and accountable.
