As an IT Application Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our clients' IT environment. You’ll provide technical support, lead IT projects, and ensure our employees maximize the potential of our systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support, ensuring an efficient and secure IT environment.
- Act as a superuser for key business applications, delivering training and optimizing user experience.
- Manage and lead IT projects, particularly around Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain and enhance security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Monitor key security factors and ensure IT safety and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in IT infrastructure.
- Strong experience in 2nd/3rd line support for hybrid users.
- Knowledge of Windows Server & Client OS, VMware ESXi, Veeam Data Platform, and ERP systems.
- Experience implementing and adapting Microsoft 365 applications.
- Supplier, vendor & stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading IT projects.
- Further knowledge of Microsoft BI, Intune, Azure.
- Familiarity with Windows Defender for Endpoint.
