You'llworkcloselywithseniorleadershipandthecompany'sleadsystemsarchitecttounderstandhowthebusinessoperates,identifyopportunitiesforimprovementanddeveloptechnologysolutionsthatdelivergenuinebusinessvalue.
Initially,you'llfocusonunderstandingandenhancingthecompany'sexistingsystems.Overtime,you'llplayanincreasinglyimportantroleindevelopingnewtechnology,automationandAIsolutionsacrossareasincludingoperations,finance,marketing,customerserviceandbusinessadministration.

- DesignandbuildAI-poweredsolutionstoimproveproductivityandefficiency.
- IdentifyopportunitiestoautomaterepetitiveprocessesusingAIandmoderntechnologies.
- Workalongsidetheleadsystemsarchitecttounderstand,maintainanddevelopexistingplatforms.
- Designanddevelopnewfunctionalityusingappropriatetechnologies.
- Workdirectlywithbusinessuserstounderstandrequirementsandtranslatethemintoeffectivetechnicalsolutions.
- Analysebusinessprocessesandrecommendimprovements.
- IdentifyopportunitiestouseAIandautomationtosolvereal-worldbusinessproblems.
- UtiliseAItoolssuchasChatGPTandClaudeeffectivelythroughoutyourdevelopmentandproblem-solvingwork.
- Producecleartechnicaldocumentation,technicaldesignsandbusinessrecommendations.
- Communicatetechnicalconceptsandsolutionseffectivelytonon-technicalstakeholders.
- Takeownershipofprojectsandworkindependentlywhererequired.
