We’re excited to announce a brand-new opportunity within our growing PMO team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Change and Quality Assurance Analyst to help shape the future of our technology services. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring that changes to our systems are well-managed, rigorously tested, and delivered to the highest standards. If you have a passion for process, quality, and collaboration, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and document change requests for technology systems and applications
- Perform risk and impact assessments for proposed changes
- Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Track and report testing progress, documenting outcomes and managing issue resolution
- Keep comprehensive records of change management and QA activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide actionable insights
- Communicate effectively with development teams, business users, and stakeholders
- Support and train colleagues in change management and QA best practices
