We’re excited to announce a brand-new opportunity within our growing PMO team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Change and Quality Assurance Analyst to help shape the future of our technology services. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring that changes to our systems are well-managed, rigorously tested, and delivered to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and document change requests for technology systems and applications
  • Perform risk and impact assessments for proposed changes
  • Design, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts
  • Track and report testing progress, documenting outcomes and managing issue resolution
  • Keep comprehensive records of change management and QA activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide actionable insights
  • Communicate effectively with development teams, business users, and stakeholders
  • Support and train colleagues in change management and QA best practices
