Proven leadership experience in software engineering teams. Hands-on technical expertise, ideally gained as an Engineering Manager, Principal Software Engineer, or similar. A strong grasp of Agile methodologies, modern DevOps practices, and scalable architecture. A passion for building inclusive, customer-focused technology solutions.
