As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, paving the way for our sales team to close deals. This role is vital to the growth and success of our sales efforts.
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate conversations and nurture relationships with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads and provide detailed information to streamline the sales process.
- CRM Management: Accurately record and manage lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
