Our client is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Digital Transformation to lead the evolution of their digital systems and tools. This role goes beyond traditional IT management—it’s focused on delivering impactful change and driving smarter, more efficient operations across the business.
Reporting to the Business Operations Director, you’ll lead a multi-disciplinary internal IT team and work closely with senior stakeholders to implement a digital roadmap that supports scalability and future growth. From optimising ERP systems to introducing automation and new technologies, your work will be central to business improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align digital tools with business needs
- Guide ERP strategy and support enhancements to functionality and reporting
- Lead and manage the internal IT team
- Oversee the implementation of scalable systems including WMS and automation platforms
- Manage third-party tech partners and service providers
- Drive digital adoption across the organisation
- Lead communication, training, and engagement strategies for new system rollouts
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Proven experience leading digital transformation in supply chain, wholesale, manufacturing, or similar environments
- Strong understanding of business processes and how digital tools drive efficiency and growth
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite)
- Strong leadership and change management skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
