Infrastructure Engineer Our dynamic and ever-growing business client seeks a passionate and logical Infrastructure Engineer with solid cloud expereince. In this role, you will act as an escalation point for the Service Desk on infrastructure-related incidents and perform day-to-day administration of all infrastructure-related systems. These positions will be 5 days onsite. Key Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day server administration tasks. Respond to critical incidents and standard service requests. Complete technical project work on server and storage hardware, Active Directory, VMWare vSphere, Windows Server, Veeam, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and Microsoft 365. Establish and maintain effective relationships with business users and IT teams. Perform routine IT system maintenance tasks, including patches and configuration changes. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMWare vSphere. Carry out cloud-based admin tasks and troubleshooting in GCP, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure. Take technical responsibility for small projects as allocated by the line manager. Assist with technical tasks on larger projects requiring changes to the IT infrastructure. Update technical documentation to enable the IT Service Desk to resolve more incidents without escalation.
