We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We're not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years, we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across North Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.
To carry out annual servicing and repairs, installations and replacements to heating appliances and systems within Adra's occupied and empty properties, communal areas, related assets, and any other contractual works throughout the County and surrounding areas.
Develop a value for money customer focused service by ‘doing things right first time’ and being ‘true to our word’ and delivering Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) Excellence in partnership with Customers, Staff and Service Providers.
Language Requirements: General ability to communicate in Welsh and English, to include saying place names / Welsh first names, give and receive details, provide a bilingual greeting.
