What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in surveying, preparation of accurate reports and working within the social housing sector or similar.
  • Proven experience in managing facilities.
  • Proven experience in delivering improvement/repair works.
  • Proven experience working with various service providers / contractors.
  • Proven experience in estate management.
  • Good technical knowledge of properties, construction and the built environment.
  • Extensive understanding and working knowledge of IT systems.
  • Excellent time management, high levels of customer service satisfaction and excellent communication skills.

Language Requirements: The ability to communicate (verbal & written) fluently in both Welsh/English.
