Adaptations Technician
Ty Coch, Bangor

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in North Wales. We\’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high quality homes across North Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.?
This role will require you to prepare detailed CAD drawings for disabled adaptations, suitable for submission to Building Control and Planning when required, along with associated design, Health & Safety, and tender documents.
You will be responsible for liaising with Adra\’s Client Team, Occupational Therapists and residents during the design and specification process to develop suitable designs to meet the needs of the resident and comply with current regulations.
In addition to the above, you will also assist the Land Management and Facilities Coordinators in maintaining all plans/drawings related to Adra\’s assets, Facilities, and communal areas.
Language Requirements: Fluent in spoken and written Welsh language
