Person Requirements for the Electrical Team Leader:
- Time served engineer, preferably from the Distribution/Industrial/Food/FMCG Industry
- Recognised Engineering qualification e.g. HNC/HND/ONC/OND
- Accustomed to fast paced and challenging working environments
- Electrically biased engineer with mechanical engineering competency
Job Requirements for the Electrical Team Leader:
- Working predominantly as the electrically biased maintenance engineer within a large team, you will ideally have experience of industrial manufacturing environments with an electrical bias, with sound working knowledge of both sides of engineering.
- Work in partnership with the Maintenance manager, production staff and technicians to carry out repairs to process equipment and plant machinery.
- Electrically biased.
- Working within a challenging environment, getting stuck in and involved in ‘dirty’ tasks.
- Troubleshooting and practical fault finding on plant and mechanical/electrical machinery.
- Carry out planned inspection routes on process plant and proactive maintenance schedules.
- Following site H&S procedures and reporting any risks via the internal reporting process.
