Pay Rates

  • Days: From £23.20 per hour
  • Nights: From £27.85 per hour
  • Weekends: Up to £30.16 per hour
  • Overtime after 40hrs p/wk is between £25.52 - £34.80

All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately. Typical shift lengths are between 8 – 12 hours, and start times vary between 0100 and 2000. Let us help you find the schedule that fits your lifestyle and weekly availability.

You’ll be delivering fresh, ambient, and frozen food goods to Marks & Spencer stores, starting each shift from a well-organised depot with clean, modern, and well-maintained vehicles. Deliveries are straightforward, using cages and tail lifts to make the job easier. A full induction and training programme is provided, ensuring you’re confident, prepared, and working safely from day one.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
  • Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
  • Minimum 12 months of recent HGV driving experience required
  • No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
