Join ADR Network, one of the UK’s leading logistics recruiters, and drive for Gist, Marks & Spencer. This is the perfect opportunity for drivers who enjoy long-distance runs, nights out, and steady, ongoing work. You’ll be trunking chilled, ambient, and frozen goods between distribution centres on behalf of Gist. Start your shifts from a modern, clean depot in Spalding, using well-maintained vehicles.
Pay & Benefits:
- Days: £15.30 per hour
- Nights: £17.07 per hour
- Weekends: Up to £20.39 per hour
- Night out allowance: £22.60
- All rates are PAYE, with holiday pay accrued separately.
- Guaranteed 9.5 hours paid per shift
Shift Information:
- AM starts from Gist’s Spalding depot
- 2-3 nights out per week
- 7-day operation – flexible shift patterns available
- Full training provided following a successful driving assessment
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
- Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
- Minimum 18 months of recent HGV driving experience required
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
