ADR Network is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for XPO Mercedes in Milton Keynes on an exclusive temp-to-perm basis — meaning this isn’t just another short-term job, it’s your route to something permanent. Pay Rates:
- Days: £16.90 per hour
- Nights: £17.90 per hour
- PAYE + holiday pay accrued separately
You’ll deliver car parts to Mercedes garages, starting from a well-organised depot, using clean, well-maintained vehicles. Produce is delivered on cages to garages using tail lifts for ease. Full induction and training is provided to ensure you are safe and efficient from day one. Shifts are Monday to Friday giving you chance to enjoy the weekend. Typical shifts are between 10 to 12 hours, and start times vary between 18:00-22:00. Drivers can expect an average of 3 to 6 drops per shift, depending on the route and load.

- Minimum 6 months’ recent experience
- Max 6 penalty points (minor only)
