Earn a minimum of £3500 for 10 shifts before Christmas with Gist
Boost your Christmas cash with top rates and guaranteed shifts. If you can commit to working 10 shifts between 11th December and 2nd January 2026, you can earn a minimum of £3500 and be paid by 24th December and 2nd January.
You will be delivering chilled, ambient and frozen goods to Marks and Spencer stores. These are easy cage and tail‑lift deliveries starting from a clean depot with well‑maintained vehicles.
Pay Rates – 11th December to 2nd January 2026
- Days: From £30.07 per hour
- Nights: From £31.88 per hour
- Weekends: Up to £34.89 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hrs per week: between £31.86–£36.68
- All rates are PAYE and holiday pay accrues separately.
Once you’ve passed your driving assessment, you’ll receive full training to hit the ground running safely and confidently.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
- Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
- Minimum 12 months recent HGV driving experience required
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
