ADR Network are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) Drivers for a fixed summer contract at DHL NISA in Harlow.
This is a great opportunity to secure consistent, well‑paid work with a leading logistics provider. Drivers with minimal experience are welcome to apply as an extended training and induction program is provided. You will be undertaking multi‑drop store deliveries (6–8 drops per shift), delivering chilled, ambient and frozen goods on cages using tail lifts.
Start earning straight away with a well‑paid driving role, as you will be working to the below fixed 3 week rolling rota (*note - you may start on any week) as soon as you have passed an assessment and completed a paid coaching week, while securing your place on a structured 12‑week contract running from 15th June to 12th September. This is a great opportunity to lock in consistent work over the busy summer period, with drivers who complete the full contract period rewarded with a £1,000 completion bonus on top of amazing hourly rates.
Shift and Contract Details
- Fixed 3-week rolling rota:
- Week 1: Monday – Thursday
- Week 2: Wednesday – Saturday
- Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Start times: 04:00–05:00 (06:00 Sundays)
- Shift length: 9–13 hours
- Pre‑booked holidays (up to 2 weeks) or agreed leave available
Pay and Benefits
- £22.00 per hour (Days: 04:00–22:00)
- £25.00 per hour (Nights: 22:00–04:00)
- £25.00 per hour overtime (after 48 hours)
- PAYE – holiday pay accrued separately
- £1,000 completion bonus (paid after contract)
- Subject to: Full attendance (excluding authorised leave), no preventable incidents, no late starts and a good delivery record

- Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
- Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
