ADR Network, a trusted recruitment partner of XPO Logistics, is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers in the Gloucester area. Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, we have great opportunities with consistent weekday work and a supportive team.
You\’ll be delivering air conditioning and heat pump parts for Daikin, a global leader in heating, ventilating and air-con solutions.
We’ve got shifts starting at 7am on a Monday to Friday working pattern. The assignments are usually around 11 hours. Your day will consist of palletised drops using a pallet truck to assist with loading and unloading. Full training and induction will be provided to ensure you’re fully prepared and work safely from day one.
If handballing isn’t for you, we are also on the lookout for a Class 1 trunk driver – you’ll be starting shift at 11am and heading north to Leeds via Manchester and then returning. This is a typical 12 hour shift and again, no weekends – just Monday to Friday every week.
Pay Rates:
- Days: £15.54 per hour
- Nights: £17.71 per hour
- All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence – newly qualified drivers welcome
- Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
