Are you an experienced HGV driver looking for stable work, competitive pay, and the support of the UK’s largest driver recruitment agency? ADR Network is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for a variety of shifts at XPO in Aylesbury. Whether you prefer full-time, part-time, or weekend work, we offer flexible schedules, immediate starts, and long-term opportunities tailored to your needs.
Pay Rates
- Days: £19.97 per hour
- Nights: £21.09 per hour
- Weekends: £23.32 – £28.91 per hour
All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately.
We have ongoing opportunities for HGV Class 1 drivers to deliver dairy products, including both depot-to-depot and store deliveries to major food retailers. Deliveries typically involve around 4-5 drops, with manual handling required at each stop. Comprehensive induction and training will be provided to ensure you’re set up for success from day one.
Shift Details
- Typical Start Times: 00:01–05:00 & 13:00–22:00
- Shift Length: Approx. 10–12 hours
- Operating 7 Days a Week: Choose from a variety of shift patterns to suit your availability.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
- Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
- At least 6 months of recent HGV driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
