7.5t Driver - Chester

Overview

Join ADR Network on the Royal Mail contract in Chester – regular work, minimal load interaction, and great rates.

Looking for consistent HGV driving work at a great company? We have ongoing temporary assignments for 7.5T drivers delivering for Royal Mail. We offer regular shifts, great rates of pay, and weekly bookings in advance.

Pay and schedule

Pay Rates:

• Monday to Saturday: From £15.86 to £18.62 per hour
• Sunday: £22.40 to £25.16 per hour
• All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting mail and parcels for Royal Mail
• Operate from a well-organised depot in Chester using clean, well-maintained vehicles
• Assist with loading and unloading (some interaction involved); full training provided to ensure safety and efficiency from day one

Shift pattern and working days

This is a 7 day operation so we offer a variety of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle. Start times are available for days, afternoons and nights so speak to us about what works for you. The busiest days are Friday to Monday with an increased rate on Sundays.

Requirements

• Valid 7.5T driving licence
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years of recent 7.5T driving experience required
• No more than 5 penalty points (minor offences only)
