What you’ll do
- Onboard clients: create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation. Help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease through your expertise and relationship building.
- Implement WorkForce Software technologies: analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes. Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the WorkForce solution.
- Partner internally: collaborate with associates in sales and support and exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
- Multi‑task and communicate: work on multiple time‑sensitive projects and follow‑up items simultaneously. Share essential information with clients and the teams you work with at ADP.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working in software implementations, specifically workforce management.
- Responsible for gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders. Includes creating, maintaining business requirements documents, use cases, and process diagrams.
- Familiarity with labor laws as they pertain to time and attendance rules, scheduling, and leaves of absence.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, with potential for international travel.
Preferred Experience
- College degree or equivalent; not required.
- Military experience with skills such as teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through.
