Location: Cheadle (Southgate Centre One, 319 Wilmslow Road, Heald Green, Cheadle, SK8 3PW)
Hybrid working – 3 days in office and 2 days from home

As an Entry Level Payroll Specialist at ADP, you will work alongside seasoned professionals who will guide and support you to enhance your professional skills while gaining relevant experience in a business environment. Even better: once you join the business you will go through an 8 week paid intensive training period where we teach you everything you need to create an excellent foundation to build a successful and rewarding career with ADP.
Every day, you will utilize multiple tools and resources to develop accurate, comprehensive, and friendly responses to clients\’ inquiries regarding payroll practices and tax considerations. The nature of what you do every day will not change — your #1 goal is to help clients. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions you\’ll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!
Upon your successful completion of the training program, you will join our fast-paced Service Team as a Payroll Specialist.
To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a metrics-driven, fast paced environment as part of a structured day. You have a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. Over the phone and in writing, your communication style is clear and easy for our clients to understand and take action on. As a result, your client satisfaction scores make you proud. - Good general education up to GCSE or equivalent, including Maths & English
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Customer service experience from any sector (desirable but not essential)
