We are recruiting for a HRIS Advisor!
Location: Our Staines or Prague office
Hybrid working – 3 days in office and 2 days from home
Position Summary: This role is part of our HR Technology department which provides technical products and/or solutions supporting the strategic objectives of our own internal HR function. We design and deliver innovative solutions which align with HR’s technology infrastructure, prioritizing global reach and simplicity tailored to meet our clients' needs. We actively promote initiatives to enhance and support our own product capabilities.
As a HRIS Advisor, you will provide detailed impact analysis and serve as the contact to assist the AC Technical team managing data and operations within the HR Technology’s HRIS global systems. Managing daily operations, identifying technical issues and delivering technical support within HRIS systems, in alignment with expected service levels and data standards. You will primarily assist the Global HR Technology team supporting all Data and Technical requirements within Core HR Systems such as “Associate Central” [SuccessFactors/SAP], “GlobalView” [SAP], and other HRIS applications as required. Become a primary contact for data and operations support within the International ESI region.
Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to):
- Work with HR Technology teams, analysing data issues, root cause investigations, data fixes and daily operational technology activities to support the Global HR Technology infrastructure.
- Manage multiple global data issues in all HRIS systems, including daily/weekly/monthly operational activities.
- Accountable for data stabilization requirements and driving process improvements for data integrity.
- Identify and share technical constraints when issues identified.
- Responsible for execution of Mass Data loads and provide support to expected HR service level agreements.
- Support data load template preparation and perform technical tests as and when required.
- Manage operations daily including audits and troubleshooting of issues and/or data within multiple HRIS systems that are critical for the global functioning of “internal” ADP HR system activities.
- Have awareness of CRM systems, salesforce and can manage tickets assigned within service level agreements.
- Awareness of challenges related to international data management and can successfully work in “project mode” with various teams and individuals across the world, with a high level of autonomy and proactivity.
- Autonomous in ensuring the interface between HR Technology teams and the business scopes in all ADP countries.
- Become a “subject matter expert” for HR Technology internally.
- Participate in coaching/training with HR Technology teams and Global HR users as required.
- Work directly with the dedicated AC Technology Team for support and guidance as required, along with suggestions and improvements for processing data changes in alignment with HR system functionality.
Qualifications/Technical Experience:
- Must possess high technical aptitude and understand system interfaces.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and technical problem solving skills.
- Project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a global team.
- Must have solid decision-making skills and the ability to influence others.
- Ability to learn and understand country specific information.
- Ability to understand complex organizational changes/structure.
- Must be detail oriented and results driven.
- Ideally have experience in SAP GlobalView/Success Factors/CRM Tools.
- Excel, Power-point, MS office knowledge a key requirement.
- 2+ years’ experience with HRIS systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources, or other relevant education/experience. English language a requirement.
