Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager to run demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programmes targeting large, global organisations. This is a pivotal role within ADP’s marketing function, offering the opportunity to shape how we engage our most strategic prospects and clients. Based in Staines, you’ll work across international markets to design and deliver innovative, insight-led marketing initiatives that strengthen engagement and accelerate pipeline growth through close collaboration with sales.
The Role
Reporting to the Named Account and Enterprise Marketing Director, you will collaborate with colleagues across Product, Digital, Brand, Automation, Growth, Field Marketing and Sales to create and deliver cohesive, high‑impact ABx campaigns. Your work will bridge marketing and sales, ensuring tight alignment on target accounts, messaging and campaign execution. You’ll be hands‑on, using data, technology and creativity to reach and nurture decision‑makers across complex buying cycles. This role requires both strategic planning and tactical delivery – developing frameworks, managing execution and tracking performance against commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute global demand generation and ABM campaigns for Enterprise and Named Accounts.
- Collaborate with sales to define target accounts, build aligned account plans and deliver integrated outreach strategies.
- Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans with measurable objectives and performance reporting.
- Coordinate omni‑channel campaign delivery across digital, social, content, events and paid media.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored content and personalised ABM assets.
- Manage agency relationships to support creative execution and GTM delivery.
- Use data and insight to optimise targeting, messaging and channel selection.
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Support continuous improvement by sharing best practices across regions and teams.
