ADP is hiring an Enterprise Sales Account Executive, Emerging Markets. Do you thrive on winning new enterprise business in complex, multinational organisations? Are you confident navigating long, strategic sales cycles with senior HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders? Do you enjoy building trusted relationships, creating opportunities from scratch, and shaping a growing market? Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark?

In this role, you will drive new business growth across our Emerging Markets region, targeting enterprise organisations with 2,000+ employees at headquarters in countries such as Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg, Turkey, Czechia, Greece and South Africa. This is a key growth market for ADP. You will sell ADP's Payroll, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Workforce Management solutions to multinational companies, helping them transform the way they manage their workforce.

As part of ADP's Emerging Markets business, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence in the region, combining the agility and ownership of a growing market with the resources and reputation of a global industry leader. Daily, you will identify and engage new prospects, build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers, and collaborate with alliance partners, internal stakeholders, and solution experts to create winning opportunities. You'll lead complex sales cycles from initial outreach through contract signature, uncovering business challenges, presenting tailored solutions, and building compelling business cases that resonate with executive audiences. You'll spend your time prospecting, networking, managing stakeholders, and advancing opportunities through a structured sales process.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership. You are naturally curious, ask thoughtful questions, and understand how to navigate complex organisations with diplomacy and professionalism. You know how to balance proactive business development with relationship-building and can confidently engage multiple stakeholders across different countries and cultures. In return, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a strategic growth market, work alongside talented colleagues globally, and build a rewarding career with one of the world's leading HCM technology companies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive New Enterprise Growth. Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on acquiring new enterprise customers. Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, strategic partnerships, events, referrals, and account-based selling activities.
  • Lead Complex Sales Cycles. Manage enterprise opportunities from discovery through close, including stakeholder alignment, solution positioning, business case development, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Engage Executive Decision-Makers. Build relationships with senior HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and C-suite stakeholders to understand business priorities and position ADP's solutions as strategic business enablers.
  • Leverage Internal and External Partnerships. Collaborate with alliance partners, pre-sales consultants, implementation teams, marketing, and leadership to create compelling customer solutions and win new business.
  • Deliver Sales Excellence. Apply MEDDICC and other structured sales methodologies while maintaining accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and CRM discipline.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Enterprise Software or Solutions Sales Experience. Proven success selling complex B2B solutions into large enterprise organisations, ideally within HCM, Payroll, HR Technology, Workforce Management, ERP, SaaS, or related business services.
  • New Business Development Expertise. Strong prospecting, territory planning, and pipeline generation skills with a demonstrated ability to independently create and develop sales opportunities.
  • Complex Deal Management Experience. Proven ability to manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, executive sponsors, procurement processes, and multinational organisations.
  • MEDDICC Expertise. Experience using MEDDICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies to qualify, manage, and close complex opportunities.
  • Strong Relationship and Stakeholder Management Skills. Ability to influence diverse stakeholders, build trust quickly, and work effectively across internal teams, alliance partners, and customer organisations.
  • Communication Excellence. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and executive-level communication skills in English.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include significant experience in Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, Payroll Sales, HR Technology Sales, HCM Sales, ERP Sales, or related consultative sales environments.
