Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months
The primary focus of this role is to lead and drive global, enterprise-wide programs across the International Product portfolio.
Working as an individual contributor within a distributed product development model, the Portfolio Manager will partner closely with Global Product Teams (GPT), Corporate Functions, and business stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives, establish portfolio governance, and drive execution excellence.
This role is responsible for implementing best practices, enabling effective planning and prioritization, coaching teams through deployment, and leading management efforts to ensure successful adoption and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings strong portfolio and program management expertise, a solid understanding of Agile software development and technology environments, and exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex, global environments, provide clear executive reporting, and flex across multiple business priorities while driving measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive Program management with strong governance defined across various Project work streams
- Build Program / Project plan with close tracking of task execution
- Coach, guide and support the teams on deployment & change management
- Ensure risk & issues are tracked and followed up until closure
- Timely & proactive communication to all key stakeholders on multiple diverse/technical Programs
- Manage multiple work streams or diverse Projects to meet or exceed key business objectives
- Focus on continuous improvement and build best practices to bring consistency for SRE’s activities
- Assess new strategic Program request and coordinate execution working closely with relevant teams
- Build documentation ad centralize the information for relevant Program
- Monitor and report Program status to key stakeholders & Sr. Leadership.
- Built automation and dashboard utilizing Power BI or other tools
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Experience
- Technical Program / Project management experience working with Infrastructure teams
- Proficiency with at least one Agile Lifecycle Management tool (e. g. Rally, JIRA) & experience with Software development project lifecycle in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of software languages, hardware platforms and their uses.
- Service Now / Solve IT technology deployment experience besides the use of archer (security finding)
- Complex power BI Dashboard building experience
- Data Centre to Cloud transition experience (Example - AWS or Azure)
- Building dashboard for executive reporting using Power BI or Sharepoint
- Security, Resilience and Compliance Technical Program coordination experience
- Successful experience working with geographically diverse teams and international exposure
- Strong change management experience to transform way of working across teams.
- Proven record of delivering large projects on time and within budget.
- Work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment.
- Working across various cultures and approach in an international environment
- Human Capital Management (HCM) technology experience is a plus.

- Must possess an ability to build Shp solution or Power BI dashboard
Education
University degree or equivalent in education and experience
PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required & Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is a plus
