Overview

GlobalView is ADP’s Enterprise payroll solution serving 4.6m employees in over 300 of the world’s largest organizations. It is one of the fastest growing businesses in ADP and is undergoing a major cloud platform transformation in partnership with SAP, delivering a new modern interface along with back-end technology and service changes to scale and deliver greater client value. The role will oversee the Atlas Program, our GV to Rise and Transformation Program and all related workstreams. It requires a brilliant collaborator and communicator who can handle complexity and act strategically to lead this transformation, working closely with operational leadership, product development and sales to ensure program success. The leader will ensure the right measures and governance, particularly to track financial impact, and will review data and evolution of the program to pivot approaches as required. Success will deliver accelerated growth, improved NPS and associate engagement. Experience driving large-scale transformation programs and diverse stakeholder management is important.

Essential Responsibilities include building and executing a program strategy, cross-functional collaboration, financial oversight, change management, risk assessment, performance monitoring, talent development, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement within a complex, multi-country payroll environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive program strategy aligned with Global Payroll objectives, set clear goals and KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across operations, finance, IT, and sales; act as liaison between executive leadership and operational teams.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor program budget and analyze financial data to optimize resource utilization and measure impact.
  • Change Management Leadership: Lead change management for new tools and processes; develop and execute stakeholder communication plans.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify risks, develop proactive strategies, conduct regular risk assessments, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish KPIs and regularly report to executive leadership on progress, achievements and recommendations.
  • Talent Development and Team Management: Mentor and develop program management team members and ensure resources and skills are in place.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate updates and feedback sessions.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Encourage innovation, evaluate processes, and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Multi-Country Payroll, GlobalView solution suite and how it meets client needs.
  • Leadership experience in Implementation, Service, Product or Business Excellence.
  • Program management experience; understanding P&L and financials; change leadership and business transformation skills.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent communication and influencing skills; strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex, matrix, multinational environment with virtual teams; client-focused with world-class service mindset.
  • Experience in developing and implementing business cases and plans; understanding of payroll and HCM environments; planning and resource scheduling.
  • Education: Degree level or above.
  • Work Experience: 8+ years in Service, Implementation, Product or Business Excellence; experience in complex transformations and program management; cross-matrix and international environments; strong program management capabilities; HCM industry experience. Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
