With full scope to sell across ADP's UK Payroll and HR solutions, this role provides the infrastructure, presence and brand for sales professionals to have true, global conversations with organisations. You will work with your sales leadership team to define your individual territory plan, focusing on new prospects with between 350 to 1499 employees in the UK (more globally). The types of deals that you get to work on will vary; it could be a 3-5 month process with 3/4 stakeholders, at £20-50,000 in year 1 revenue for a local only offering. Equally, it could be a longer, more complex, multi-solution or country solution at several times the value.

Key Duties / Tasks:
- Collaborate with your sales leaders to create your optimum territory plan, within the overall team framework.
- Identify prospects and define contact programme within set parameters – using the array of tools available at your disposal to plan, execute, and track your targeted new business.
- Arrange prospect appointments and undertake virtual and in-person meetings / demos.
- Co-ordinate internal resource and support, in line with a structured sales process (provided), to appropriately run your deals and maximise success.
- Work with pre-sales when necessary to develop solutions to fit prospect needs.
- Present response to meet prospect needs with existing product service solution.
- Maintain chosen ADP database management tool and adhere to the current defined sales processes.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience of a service-based offering (process and / or solution) - ideally technology, or HR related.
- At least 2 years of UK field sales experience - with a UK Right to Work and a full UK Driving licence.
- Experience with a variety of sales channels (online outreach / social selling, cold calling, meetings and events), with a structured approach, to generate net new business opportunities.
- A background of carrying and achieving / exceeding annual net new business annual quotas excess of £3-400k.
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing deals (£20k plus of annual revenue) with mid-market companies with over 200 employees.
- Ideally you will have experience selling multi-country products, but this is not essential.
