In this sales role, you will articulate the value of the ADP technology platform, solution differentiators, and the potential business impact to the large addressable market. You will work closely with both the sales and service organizations to find the best prospects that fit specific requirements and then execute a sales process to close new deals.

- Lead large, complex sales opportunities covering all aspects of HCM.
- Leverage ADP's CRM solution to find, track, and manage opportunities.
- Evangelize ADP's Lyric HCM by providing product training to field sellers.
- Work with product and corporate marketing to create demand and generate net new activities.
- Provide feedback to ADP's Lyric HCM product team, including competitive intelligence, client/prospect/sales input, etc.
- Work with contract and legal teams to secure signed agreements.
Extensive HCM sales experience is essential. Experience of working on large scale HCM implementation projects. UK field sales experience - with a UK Right to Work and a full UK Driving licence. Demonstrated successful sales record by consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
