iHCM Principal Product Manager Talent Management The Principal Product Manager, Talent Management, will lead the strategy, design, and execution of talent-focused capabilities across our mid-market (HCM) products and act as a thought leader in this space for the broader ESI organisation. This role is central to delivering innovative, practical, and intuitive solutions that help mid-sized businesses attract, grow, and retain talent — while staying agile in a changing workforce landscape. In this role the successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the needs of end-users and customers in the Talent Management domain; they will have knowledge of the market, the competitive landscape and relevant industry and technology trends. Domain This is a strategic role focused on high-impact product capabilities such as performance management, learning, succession planning, employee development, and engagement — all designed to support growing organizations that value efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. Key Outcomes Increased customer adoption and engagement of talent modules. Net promoter score (NPS) or customer satisfaction improvement. On-time delivery of roadmap commitments and successful launches. Portfolio growth through upsell/cross-sell or feature expansion. Internal enablement and reduction in support or implementation friction. The successful candidate will also need to engage regularly with clients and senior ADP stakeholders, presenting at ESI SLT Meetings, GPT leadership events, Board meetings, and Analyst briefings. They will need to work with Product Leaders across the broader ADP organisation and be able to influence product roadmap and investment decisions to benefit the ESI/global market. Product Skill Set Ability to articulate ideas clearly to stakeholders, including clients, associates, ADP Leadership and industry Analysts. Deep understanding of core talent processes; knowledge of regulatory considerations, especially related to pay transparency, DEI, and employee data privacy. Understands the needs of our clients and can empathise with their experiences and desired outcomes. Ability to make pragmatic product decisions that balance flexibility with simplicity. Skilled in building right‑sized solutions that work for organizations with limited HR tech resources or technical depth. Able to balance the needs of different stakeholders and turn customer pain points into elegant solutions and address challenges creatively and effectively. Up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings; curious and adaptable to change. Technical skill set Comfortable collaborating with engineers on architecture, APIs, integrations, workflows, and scalability concerns. Understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices. Familiar with UX principles and tools (e.g. Pendo, Figma). Proficiency in tools to support the product management process
